Have you ever heard of Trick Art? Trick Art provides the illusion of height and depth using various techniques. It is a form of entertainment that can surprise and amuse. This is an art form where you can experience wonder. By the way, do you know how long Trick Art has been around? Actually, it dates back to ancient Greece.

Trick Art has its origins in the trompe l’oeil technique. Trompe l’oeil is French for “to deceive the eye, to create an illusion”, this is a technique in which the eye is tricked into believing that the object depicted is real, and the eye is fooled into thinking it is actually there. The purpose of this technique (Trompe l’oeil) is that it was used not only for the enjoyment of the unexpected, but also as a major prop to express itself in a limited space. The Japanese artist Kenju Kazumura adopted this technique. He is the founder of Trick Art.

He is also a well-known manager. The first trick art museum, “Nasu Toric Art Pia” opened in 1992. That museum continued to grow, with the opening of the new “Angel's Crown Museum” in 1994 and the “Michelangelo Pavilion” in 1997. Moreover, this entertainment park is one of the largest in Japan in terms of site area and number of artworks.
