Anime Review: Attack on Titan & Dark Fantasy

Do you know Attack on Titan and Demon Slayer? These are Japanese manga and animation and This genre is dark fantasy. There are a lot of battle scenes and grotesque scenes, so some people might find it uncomfortable to watch. However, there are many impressive, exciting and surprise scenes.


The story of Attack on Titan is about humanity fighting against titans. The story structure is very elaborate and there is a lot of foreshadowing, so it achieved a high degree of perfection. This manga will be done soon and the final season of anime starts December, so It's gathering attention around the world and getting hot now. It's very much a Hollywood-style production.

 

The story of Demon Slayers is about humanity fighting against demons. Both human and villain characters have back stories, so these stories are very emotional. This anime is explosively popular from adults to children now, so it has become a social phenomenon. Even though the Corona virus is spreading, this animation movie was released and the movie passed Titanic and Spirited Away with a record-breaking hit and reached the top at the box office in Japan for only three months.

Both manga and anime have many fascinating things that attract fans. First, those stories are humans fighting with unknown enemies, the settings of these stories are intriguing. Second, the battle scenes are very dynamic and cool, so it's hard to take your eyes off it. Finally, a number of main characters die in these animations. When you watch these animations you will empathize and feel sad.


These anime are very popular with foreigners, so there are many anime reaction videos by people from many countries on YouTube. They laugh, look surprised and shed tears when watching them and they discuss deeply and hotly about these stories. There seem to be a lot of dark fantasy animations recently, which is making the genre more exciting.
