Letslie Tebogo is a Botswana track and field sprinter. His personal best in the 100- meter race is 9.86 seconds, set at the 2024 Paris Olympics, and his personal best in the 200-meter race is 19.46 seconds, also set at the same competition. Furthermore, the inspiration he drew from international legend Usain Bolt played a major role in helping him focus on sports and steer clear of going down the wrong path. “When I switched from soccer to track and field, Usain Bolt was the biggest star,” he said. By choosing sports and avoiding a life of crime, he achieved early success. He represented Botswana at the 2021 World Athletics Relays in Poland at the age of 17.
