　この話は現代のロンドンが舞台になっています。大人になったクリストファー・ロビンは、仕事中心の忙しい生活を送っています。彼は妻と娘と週末に故郷で過ごす予定でしたが、仕事のためその予定が潰れてしまいました。そんな中突然プーが目の前に現れ、森の中にいる仲間を見つけてほしいと助けを求められて、ストーリーが展開していきます。プーとの再会までに忘れかけていた大切なものを取り戻すクリストファー・ロビンの姿を描いた映画です。
