The Kan Yasuda Sculpture Museum Arte Piazza is located in Bibai, Hokkaido. It is an open-air park surrounded by nature. In spring and summer, the greenery creates a calm and refreshing environment, while autumn colors and snowy winter landscapes give the sculptures a completely different beauty throughout the year. Built on the site of a former elementary school, the space features white marble sculptures surrounded by forests, ponds, and quiet walking paths.

At the cafe, visitors can enjoy local specialties unique to Bibai, including sandwiches made with venison. The workshops offer different activities depending on the season, allowing visitors to enjoy new experiences throughout the year without getting bored.

For international travelers, Arte Piazza Bibai is more than an art museum – it’s a place to slow down, relax, and experience the spirit of contemporary Japanese art in the middle of Hokkaido’s natural scenery.

Arte Piazza Bibai is closed on Tuesdays and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Admission is free, although the cafe and workshops require a fee.

安田侃の彫刻美術館アルテピアッツァは北海道の美唄町にあります。この美術館は自然に囲まれている野外公園です。この美術館では、現代で生きる誰もが外の世界を考えることなく思い通りの時間を過ごすことができます。この美術館は、人々を自然と空間と結び付けるという安田さんの哲学を反映した平和な雰囲気を造り出しています。　

春と夏には緑が穏やかで爽やかな環境を作り、秋の色と雪の降る冬の風景は彫刻に一年を通して全く違う美しさを与えます。 旧小学校に建てられたこの空間は、森や池、散策路に囲まれた白い大理石の彫刻がシンボルになっています。　

アルテピアッツァ美唄は火曜日が定休日で、午前9時から午後5時まで営業しています。入場料は無料ですが、カフェやワークショップはお金がかかります。　

カフェでは、鹿肉を使ったサンドイッチなど、美唄ならではの名物料理を楽しむことができます。ワークショップでは季節によって異なるアクティビティが提供されていて、来場者は退屈することなく1年を通して新しい体験を楽しむことができます。　

海外からの旅行者にとってアルテピアッツァ美唄は美術館以上の場所で、北海道の自然の真ん中でゆっくりとくつろぐことができ、現代の日本美術を体験できる場所です。
